The idea to make the world’s first Wagyu beef stick was born out of our love for gourmet charcuterie. We wanted to offer meat lovers a more convenient way to enjoy the extraordinary flavors, attributes and all around quality of Wagyu beef (no knives or cutting boards required).
Not only are these gluten-free, paleo-friendly gourmet snacks extremely flavorful, they’re also highly nutritious.
Each 1 oz. Chop Stick is packed with 7 grams of protein and a much higher content of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are known to help reduce inflammation, lower the risk for chronic diseases, and improve cognitive function. The higher fat content translates to a moist and tender texture rarely found in such a convenient grab-and-go product.
